By accessing or using ListifyAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
ListifyAI is an AI-powered tool that generates SEO-optimised product listings for Etsy sellers. We use OpenAI's GPT-4o model to generate titles, descriptions, and tags based on your product descriptions or images. The generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ListifyAI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our service. You may not use our service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the product descriptions and images you submit. The AI-generated listings are provided for your use. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our service. We do not claim ownership of your generated listings.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ListifyAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will achieve any particular ranking or sales result on Etsy. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListifyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
